Set in a historical building with beautiful grounds, in a tranquil countryside location near to Rugby, Wolston Grange is a specialist dementia care facility for all ages. The main building provides care for the over 65’s, whereas the Lodge and Barns at Wolston Grange are separate annexes, which provide day care and accommodation for people with young-onset dementia and other mental illness.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to work as a Specialist Senior Support Worker. With an Diploma Level 3 (or equivalent) in Care and at least 2 years' experience in either mental health or dementia care, the role will focus on supporting residents to ensure that all needs are met in line with their individual care plan and to the highest standards at all times.

You will be joining a team that delivers high quality person-centred care to people living with dementia and mental health needs. As part of your role you will be encouraging and empowering residents to be individuals, to be active and involved, and to retain interests and hobbies as far as possible. 

A full driving licence held for at least 3 years is advantageous for this role, but is not a necessity. An enhanced DBS check must be obtained before this post can be commenced.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to work as a Full Time Shift Leader. With an NVQ Level 3 in Care (essential) and a proven track record of managing a team of people, the right candidate will assume responsibility for the setting and maintaining of standards, safe and smooth running of the shift, and the management and direction of staff. Experience in a dementia care setting is essential for this role, experience of managing behaviours which challenge and knowledge of alcohol related dementia would be advantageous.

A full driving licence held for at least 3 years is essential for this role. An enhanced CRB check must be obtained before this post can be commenced.

Wholesome, nutritionally balanced meals are prepared daily from fresh ingredients sourced from local suppliers. Residents and people receiving day-care are able to choose their own meals and staff receive a meal while they are on duty. Special requests or diets are catered for.

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic cook, who can provide appetising, nutritious meals at Wolston Grange

Wolston Grange is situated in a rural location so own transport is advantageous
