Rugby Dementia Care Home Receives Good Rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC)

Rugby Dementia Care Home Receives Good Rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC)

Pinnacle Care Ltd. is pleased to announce that their Manor House dementia care home in Bilton, Rugby, Warwickshire is graded as “good in all areas ”. This is following an inspection from the CQC using their new inspection guidelines.

The inspection overview shows that the Bawnmore Road care home is safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led. The care home manager, Emma Hunt, commented that Manor House is committed to providing specialist support which inspires people living with dementia to thrive as individuals and to lead a happy and fulfilled life.

Virginia Bowen, director of Pinnacle Care Ltd., said: “We are delighted that Manor House has achieved this grading. Under the management of Emma, we will strive to achieve outstanding status at the next inspection.”
