''I have nothing but praise for the Red House and it's staff. Putting my mother into care was a difficult decision, but was the right thing to do. The staff are lovely and my mother is clearly happy and well looked after. The staff are courteous and friendly, and willing to answer any questions. The atmosphere is good and feels well managed. I'm glad that we chose this home.''
''This home is so different to the last one our dad was in. It is clean, fresh and airy unlike the last home, when we visit we are made to feel welcome. The staff are more efficient and attentive to our dads needs and inform us if there is a problem. Overall our dad seems happier here and we are happy with the care he is getting. The staff are a vast improvement to the last home.''
''I can visit my mother at any time and when I do the staff are always very welcoming and helpful. When I ask any questions about my mother, it doesn't matter which member of staff I speak to, they always know all about her. I would highly recommend Manor House especially because of the thoughtfulness and kindness towards my mother and myself.''

''My dad was placed at the Manor House for 6 weeks respite care. We were so impressed by the care provided, that he is now a permanent resident. The staff are wonderful. They are so attentive, they will not even walk past a resident without a cheery greeting, a reassuring pat on the shoulder, or even a hug. I can not rate them highly enough. Thank you to all of you.''
''You should be proud of the way your company operates its care homes. The standard of care is superb. They all have this same calm, caring way of dealing with their guests Thank you for caring for my wife.
